This Privacy Policy is a translation of the authoritative Spanish version («Política de Privacidad»). The data controller is established in Spain; Spanish data protection law (GDPR as implemented by Spain's LOPD-GDD) applies. The supervisory authority is the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency).

2. Data processing activities

2.1 General contact form

Data collected: name, email address, subject and message.

Purpose: responding to your enquiry or quote request.

Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent checkbox on the form.

Retention period: up to 1 year from the last communication, unless you request erasure earlier.

2.2 Contact form with CV attachment (applications)

Data collected: the personal data included in the voluntarily submitted CV (typically name, contact details, education and professional experience).

Purpose: assessing your application for potential collaborations or project involvement.

Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention period: up to 1 year from receipt of the CV, after which data will be securely deleted.

3. Recipients and international transfers

Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by law. Messages are transmitted using the hosting and email provider IONOS SE (data processor), with whom a Data Processing Agreement is in place. IONOS SE operates within the European Economic Area; no transfers outside the EEA take place.

4. Google Ads and browsing data

This site uses Google Ads (Google LLC) to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. When you consent via the cookie banner, Google may set cookies and collect browsing data for advertising and analytics purposes. If you decline optional cookies, the Google script runs in cookieless mode (without storing personal identifiers).

  • Restriction: request that processing be suspended while a complaint is resolved.
  • Data portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
